Feature your song, album, or event

If you are an artist, label, choir director, or event organiser and you want your release seen on Writenotes, send us an email. We can feature your project in a news card, a song study, or a sponsored section on the site.

Send the song or project name, artist, release date, and any links or press files. We look at every request. Placement is based on fit for our readers, not just on budget. We do not sell chart positions and we do not write paid reviews.

Email about promotion Put "Advertising" in the subject so we see it first.

Other reasons to get in touch

Corrections. Spotted an error in a lyric, a structure note, a news summary, or a guide? Send the page link and the fix. We update the page and note the change.

Story suggestions. If you know of a gospel music story we have missed, send the link to the original source. We review suggestions every week.

Advertising and promotion. For artist, label, or event promotion, email writenotes.wn@gmail.com with "Advertising" in the subject. Details are in the section above.

Copyright and rights requests. If you hold rights to a lyric or a song reference and want it updated or removed, email us or message us on TikTok or YouTube. We handle rights requests quickly.

Choir or team questions. If a guide did not work for your team, or you have a practical music question, send it in. Reader questions decide what we write next.

Response time. We try to reply within a few days. Rights requests and advertising enquiries go to the front of the queue. If you have not heard back in a week, try another channel. Writenotes is an independent project, not a big publisher, so the same small team that writes the guides also answers the messages.
